| Put 1st FLAT hand, back forward & digits pointing inward-upward, with tips of its fingers on other shoulder, and put 2nd thumb 1st finger hand, thumb and 1st finger pointing backward-inward & fingers forward-inward, with tips of its thumb and 1st finger on back of 1st hand; then keeping 2nd hand in position on 1st hand slide 1st hand outward-downwards till tips of fingers touch own side at waist-level. | ||
