| Hold 1st FLAT hand, back outward & digits pointing forward, and hold 2nd 1st finger hand, back outward and 1st finger pointing forward, one hand's breadth outward from 1st hand; then by wrist action jerk 1st hand upwards till digits point forward-upward and at same time jerk 2nd hand downwards till its 1st finger points forward-downwards, backs still outward: return to original position and repeat action. | ||
