| Hold 1st hand as GROUND, and put 2nd SPREAD hand but with ball of thumb on nail of 4th finger, back forward and 1, 2 & 3rd fingers pointing inward, with side of its 3f on crook of 1st elbow; then slide 2nd hand forward-outwards till side of its 3f touches 1st wrist. | ||
